My stay at the Ritz-Carlton Fort Lauderdale exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and perfectly located right on the beach.

The Club Level experience was outstanding, with delicious food and beverages available throughout the day. Every detail reflected luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the ocean views were breathtaking.

A night at The Ritz has been a mini travel bucket list item for me since I went through their customer service training program at my job in 2015 / 2016-ish.

My one night stay was honestly a bit of a let down. 😕 (Cry me privileged tears… I know.)

But for anyone like me who says “one day I’m going to splurge and stay at the Ritz”. Do yourself a favor: research & go with another luxury brand. For those who regularly afford this chain: you do know how incredibly average this level of service is right?

Still can't believe the service and care of the Ritz team. Everyone went above and beyond to make the experience super special. Our ac broke, they immediately sent someone to fix it. We called for ice/ it was there in 5 minutes. I told them I was there to tell my mom and sister I was pregnant and they gave me a thoughtful note and gifts. I got a facial and it was phenomenal. The view from our room was tops. We outside every evening before bed- giggles and chatted while we watched the sea. I fit in some afternoon swims- the water was divine. The valet was super fast.
