During my two stays in July, the staff was consistently attentive, accommodating, and professional from the moment we arrived, making us feel truly appreciated. While the pool was pleasant, the pool service and beach were exceptional. Conrad is genuinely a place where guests can be confident that their experience justifies the cost. :).
This boutique spa was so lovely! Tonoya at the front desk helpful and accommodating. Their coconut cucumber water was incredibly refreshing and champagne package delicious. Alicia's 50 min slow flow massage was relaxing and rejuvenating -- one of the best massages I've ever gotten. I will definitely be back!
Adam is truly the most uplifting and enthusiastic person I’ve ever met on the beach. He brought such vibrant energy to our beach experience and made it absolutely unforgettable. Rosa at the spa was incredibly warm, gracious, and attentive, making me feel immediately at ease. As it was my very first spa visit, her kindness and professionalism made it truly exceptional and memorable.
Then came my massage with Louis, who was not only highly skilled and professional, but also incredibly attuned and calming. He delivered an outstanding, rejuvenating massage that exceeded all expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend him!
