I have spoken with a representative on the phone who indicated that she would investigate the matter and contact me. However, I have not heard from her since then. I strongly advise caution when dealing with this company. They may attempt to deceive you by quoting a price and a specific time for a service, only to renege on their promises. I have resorted to disputing my charge with a credit card company due to the lack of response from Squeaky Cleaning.

Gladys and Silvia did an EXCELLENT job that far EXCEEDED my expectations !! Highly professional, extremely competent and VERY detailed oriented. Also very polite, energetic and engaging.They actually made the work of undertaking a deep house cleaning seem enjoyable.

Don’t think about ever contacting these people. They sent a cleaner that left the entire apartment dirty and charged $350. We called management and sent pictures and they did not bother to send someone else or give us a refund. They are rude and have terrible customer service.

Squeaky Clean was wonderful..they went way beyond what I wanted cleaned..the house was a mess when they came and they just took over...took things out and cleaned inside cupboards...I have them coming twice a month..worth every penny..

I’ve never personally done business with squeaky clean, but their employee, Melissa Salazar, I have done business with in the past. Before I moved away, Melissa was the one who cleaned my house, my mothers house, and my aunts house every week for two years. Every day she came in with a smile and energy, and sometimes even coffee. She always had funny stories to tell and at the end of cleaning I was never disappointed. She always remain very professional, and respectful. I could see through my floor like if it was my window. I don’t know how she’s that amazing but she’s good. Expect my services with squeaky clean because as long as you have, Melissa Salazar, you have three faithful customers that would like cleaning two times a week at each home. I’m so excited I found her. I’m back home and now I’m happy I can get her to clean my house. See you soon, Melissa!
