Very good service. Lorena and Leon exceeded my expectations. The best massage I have ever received. I visited the place with my mom for the first time and we were both delighted, both the spa and the pool service (by jissela) were exceptional. A place to repeat.

Absolutely amazing service. Leon hands down best massage ever.Very relaxing spa music, very quiet and peaceful. Locker room and sauna area available before and after massage. Very clean and staff was so nice and helpful.Decided to do Facial after massage and it was one of the best facials ever. Lorena was top notch on the facial. All around great service. Will definitely do again when I go back for my next vacation.

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. My wife said her massage & facial were excellent, as well.However, this is the first & only time we’ve ever been restricted to use of the spa locker room & shower facilities to only DURING our services. So, we’d planned to sit by the pool for a few hours after using the spa, then shower & go to dinner - but we weren’t allowed to do this. Someone told us that most spa guests are hotel guests, which makes this an even more questionable policy — they can simply go shower in their rooms, meaning it wouldn’t be an overcrowding situation - it would be just the spa-only guests (or hotel guests getting spa services after check...read full review
