The spa is beautiful! The staff was very friendly! I had a deep tissue massage from Crystal. I think it was probably the best massage I’ve ever had!

Upon entering the building I felt like it looked different inside than it did online. Once I got in for my massage (the muscle rescue) it smelled like BO in the room. Not exactly what you want to smell during a relaxing massage. I have gotten many massages in my life and this one was definetly unique. I'm not sure if it was just the type of massage that I got but the masseuse was rubbing my back in very fast motions and pretty vigorously. I've never experienced that during a massage. It made it pretty hard to relax. I'm used to slower movements. As the massage goes on, i try to relax but there are employees outside of the room laughing. This happened 4x during my massage. Usually you are in a quiet sound proof room but at this place that is not the case. It was a little disappointing because I feel like the employees should know not to do this or to go in another room or outside if they are going to be loud. People are paying a lot of money to have a relaxing experience. My facial was nice, nothing crazy. However, during it, there was a knock on the door and my aesthetician got up and answered whoever was knocking(another employee). To me that just doesn't seem very professional. You shouldn't be interrupting someone during a service they paid for. I never really write reviews but for this place I feel like I had to. I can confidently say I would not come back here again.

We are on vacation and thought we would try massage and facial day. They were amazing and we have now started a new tradition! The staff was incredibly gentle and caring including those who were experiencing a massage for the first time. We will be back!
