I needed to give my Miss Coco Chanel a quick bath since she wasn’t smelling so fresh after dealing with a upset tummy! Did a search and found this GEM!! From the initial phone call to the visit, NOTHING BUT AMAZING!! The energy, welcoming atmosphere and staff *chefs KISS*!!!! I’ll be BACK!!! Oh wait did i mention even the fur babies that were being groomed were sooooo welcoming and CHILL!!!
Great spot to bring your pup for a bath! The staff is incredibly accommodating, the facility is clean with upgraded equipment like bath tubs on lifts! They provide everything you need for the perfect wash up to conditioner and cotton balls for ear cleaning as well as unique treats like dehydrated chicken feet and pigs ears for you furry friend, all at an amazing price! Only recommendation would be to change out the towels, the microfiber they have doesn’t really pick up water so for babies that hate the blow dryer, expect to leave a little wet.
Antonio and Cathy are simply amazing people. I was fortunate enough to take my dog to their grooming facility and they did an outstanding job on my little pooch. I love that they always pick up the phone and I love that I can text them. When I told them that I was unhappy with the work done, they immediately went into overdrive and had me come in and ultimately did probably the best grooming my pup that I've ever seen. Can't wait to go back and continue supporting this business. Bravo!
