Today I took my dog, Gigi, in for her first grooming appointment, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Her groomer, Kathye, was incredibly kind, patient, and caring from the moment we arrived.
Gigi is a very nervous dog and doesn’t warm up to people easily. Grooming appointments are usually stressful for her, and she often comes home anxious and shaky. This time was completely different. When I picked her up, she was calm, relaxed, and seemed genuinely happy. It was obvious that she had been treated with love, patience, and great care throughout her visit.
On top of that, Gigi looked absolutely adorable! Kathye styled her exactly the way I like, and she came out looking so cute and beautiful. It’s such a relief to find a groomer who not only does an amazing job but also makes my dog feel safe and comfortable.
I will definitely be bringing Gigi back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a caring and talented groomer. 100% recommended!

I recently moved to Florida from California and this place was the first place I took my dog to get groomed. They are the kindest people! I can tell that my dog is treated well. They do an outstanding job of bathing and grooming. 10/10 recommend!

Antonio and Cathy are the best of the best! Our dog Sparks loves visiting Shampooch, even when he knows he’s getting a bath. The shop is clean, has great products, and catered to dogs of all sizes. Lifelong customers!

We absolutely love Shampooch! The team takes such great care of our boys every single time. Not only do they come home looking amazing, but they’re also happy and relaxed—which tells me how gentle and patient they are. The groomers pay attention to detail, listen to our requests, and treat them like family. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our pups!

They do not do a full set of grooming they don’t really clean the dog that good or cut the nails that short the right way they cut your dog like whatever
