My neighbor above my condo had a broken pipe and flooded my condo late last night. Servpro came quickly and did a great job. Jonathan, Daniel, Leon, Jefferson and a couple others whose names I forgot or didn’t get have handled every aspect of the clean up and on going repair quickly and efficiently.. They are still working due to a lot of damage but these guys have been non-stop and I have 100% confidence that these guys will get the job done… Adding to my review since more work has been completed, Fabiola did a great job with the contents of my condo packing them up for storage until I am able to return to my condo.
If you have water all over the floor and need water mitigation fast this team is the best. Don't even try to find a group better. They have done it a million times and are great at what they do. Sensitive to personal surroundings as if they were the homeowners. My crew included Keith Max Jordan Jefferson with project manager Carlos Hernandez. Thanks to them we are restored.
Ruben Romero from SP reconstruction did a fantastic job remodeling our condo. He has helped us every step of the way. We live in NJ so it is was hard to pick out materials as NJ has different items than Ft. Lauderdale. Ruben took time out of his day to go to the stores and send us pictures of items . We would always like something out of his selections. Ruben has great taste in decorating .We could not have chosen a more caring and honest person to do our remodeling. Ruben is friendly, courteous and professional. We highly recommend him to do your next remodeling job.
