Just had Save On transport a 16,000 lb.park model I recently purchased. Had a few hiccups at first. but they came through. Before using any transport, familiarize yourself with what you're asking them to transport. I didn't know that the 16,000 lb. mobile home I purchased was not equipped with brakes or rear lights, and that the tow bar crank was broken. Initially they sent out a dually, which was the wrong truck for the job ... but once they knew what they were dealing with, they quickly corrected the problem, and sent out a Semi ... the proper transporter. I normally don't do reviews but in this case I definitely will! I purchased a piece of heavy equipment at auction and called save on transport to get a quote from Tucson AZ to Bremen GA, I told them what I was wanting to pay and he told me to check back in the next morning, keep in mind this was at 8:00PM and before I could get to the bank to wire the money for my purchase the next morning Rob was calling me saying he had a truck in route for pickup and was just a few hours away and was hauling it cheaper than I told him I was willing to pay! Save On Transport helped me move 2 oversized office trailers out of San Francisco. I worked with Rob who was very responsive and helped coordinate the move through multiple schedule and location changes. I will definitely be calling Save On Transport the next time I need to move something.
