I came to a Reiki class at the studio. The studio was pleasant. The room was dark and lit by small lamps that gave off a soft, pleasant light. The teacher was very nice and I really felt the Reiki working. I recommend everyone to try a class at this studio.

Amazing! Came across this place thanks to Classpass app. I had not tried yoga in years, have always been beginner level. Very glad I gave this place a try, Christine was amazing, so patience, knowledgeable and helpful. She has suggestions for modifications that make you feel very comfortable. The place is so nice and relaxing. Free street parking available nearby. Loved this place and will be back!

A hidden gem of a studio, this was the first place I practiced when I moved to Ft. Lauderdale. I’m happy to see them back in their original location and thriving! The teachers are all so talented and welcoming. There is something for everyone here. Highly recommend.
