Amazing! Came across this place thanks to Classpass app. I had not tried yoga in years, have always been beginner level. Very glad I gave this place a try, Christine was amazing, so patience, knowledgeable and helpful. She has suggestions for modifications that make you feel very comfortable. The place is so nice and relaxing. Free street parking available nearby. Loved this place and will be back!

A hidden gem of a studio, this was the first place I practiced when I moved to Ft. Lauderdale. I’m happy to see them back in their original location and thriving! The teachers are all so talented and welcoming. There is something for everyone here. Highly recommend.

R+R(Restorative and Reiki) Friday evening yoga class Red Pearl Yoga is the best way to end a work week! And the Saturday morning gentle class is a beautiful way to start the weekend. Karen R. is an extremely knowledgeable instructor, grounded and inspiring; her classes are beyond relaxing and the space at Red Pearl is so sweet. ?

Karen Romani's therapeutic yoga class is amazing! I can't recommend it enough. It was total relaxation from head to toe. She offered modifications for every pose so this class is perfect for everyone. The Red Pearl studio is warm and inviting with plenty of props to give you the best practice possible.

Love this studio. The teachers are knowledgeable and kind. This is a no attitude studio where they no how to challenge and how to allow. I'm a yoga professional myself and there are very few studios I would recommend as highly as Red Pearl Yiga.
