The office staff, including Vanessa and Nathan, are also very helpful. Although it's an urgent care, scheduling an appointment can minimize wait times. Patients appreciate the personalized care and attention, feeling valued and cared for by the professionals at Pronto Urgent Care.

Suzette welcomed me with open arms before the DR came in. This place has really turned its ways with Dr. Grossman now leading the pack. Changed was needed. Always a pleasure coming for my visits.

The best clinic and Maria Game is the best Dr. in Fort Lauderdale. I’ve been to so many Dr’s and Clinics in the area and none of them have been able to help figure out what’s wrong with me like Maria has. She makes you feel comfortable and you can feel that she actually cares to figure out what’s wrong. It’s gotten to the point where when I renew my health insurance every year I make sure that pronto clinic takes it. I can’t recommend this clinic and Maria enough.

I always dread going to an urgent care facility; however, both the staff and Dr. Game have changed that. Everyone was very kind and personable. Dr. Game is smart, efficient and has a wonderful bedside manner. She truly aims to take care of her patients with the goal of getting them back to good health. She pays close attention to detail which can be very important when prescribing medications, She prescribed an antibiotic for me, but went the extra mile to check the drug interactions with my current medications. It took 3 tries, but the third time was a charm. I am very grateful to her and her staff for attending to my needs, and I would recommend her without reservation,...read full review
