Love Premiere! This is my 2nd pregnancy they’ve handled as high risk. Nikki at the front desk is so helpful and always warm and welcoming. Dr GG and Dr Giles are absolutely wonderful and so knowledgeable. They made me feel so comfortable the whole way through. Randy is an amazing ultrasound tech, super detailed and keeps you informed of what she’s looking at the whole way through. Can’t recommend them enough.
The tech who did my scan was nice and the dr was very knowledgeable and takes his time to go over everything in length / detail which I liked and appreciated. the front desk staff needs work, they aren’t very friendly and don’t really help you without seeming to be annoyed by you for bothering them. one girl just sits there on her cell phone texting and doesn’t even look up. Neiky at least acknowledged me and tried to help me with records to see a genetic counselor. Grateful for Dr. Giles and Dr. Garcia. They collectively worked to save my twins lives. Each doctor had excellent bedside manner in office and in the hospital. Dr. Giles truly ensured that my husband and I were well informed about all health concerns and took time to answer any and all questions we had in detail. Dr. Garcia was also very kind, gracious, and informative. The office has an excellent medical staff, and phenominal Ultrasound techs. Also, thank you Niki for always being so kind, with water bottles available to us mommy's and always being available to schedule appointments through text, which made appointment scheduiling seemless!
