The office staff is rude and inconsiderate and they talk down to their patients and patient's guest. Staff is unhelpful and does not have the appropriate skills or bedside manners during visit. This office keeps charging me for a co-pay that I already paid. I keep trying to rectify the situation and NOBODY ever picks up the phone. I keep getting a fax sound or a busy sound. This stupid $20 that I do NOT owe is about to go to collections due to their incompetence!!!! I am so over it. I went there twice to see Dr. Ortiz and never went again. ???

I do not recommend this place have a lawyer ready when coming here at all nurses act like they are doctors when they are notToday is may 21st and I am now getting a phone call about a miss appointment from may 13th that I never was told was scheduled mind you now I have been calling since my may 4th appointment and never got Thur nor did I even get a call back after leaving 20 voice mails!Spoke with the nurse today who refused to give me any information when I asked to speak with the doctor or a NARP she hung up on me now iv been calling for the past 40 minutes and no responseI could have a severe condition and even telling them I am traveling and I want to make sure I am capable of doing that no one is capable of helping me worst place ever

This place NEVER answers the phone or or responds to their voicemail. I would NEVER recommend. I'm a high risk patient at 30 weeks and because of all the medications I'm taking I have to go in once a month to check on my son since these meds transfer to the baby. I was rescheduled after my regular 4 weeks to 6 weeks because I couldn't confirm that the time switch THEY GAVE ME and tell them it was okay because they don't answer and now they haven't answered in the past week to confirm the time for this appointment. Problem is, if I miss it, I'm gonna have to be rescheduled AGAIN!!! The staff sucks. They deal with who they want. I'd give a 0 star option if I could.

I've been trying to get an appointment for weeks! No one answers the phone, not even once. This is unacceptable, I can't even get someone on the phone to try and make an appointment. On top of that, no one has called back once, I've left multiple messages. Horrible staff too, the lady who tried to take my blood once couldn't even get it in my vein and it left a huge bruise for 3 weeks.

Great care, Dr.Gonzalez-Diaz caught my preeclampsia before it became full blown. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because they don’t answer the phone, EVER. And they will not call you back, you might as well say they don’t have a phone.

I went to them in 2009 and they delivered my daughter. I never had an issue with them. So when I found them this time i was excited that they would deliver my 3rd child. The only thing i hate is the darn phone. None of my calls get answered nor returned. Other than that the staff Is amazing. The ladies are sweet hearts they just need to work on those phones.

I had a C-section done by Dr Coello at Broward General back in 2018 everything was smooth and ended very well under his supervision I give birth my son and after 3 days I was at home safe . Months after I had a major issue with my Bartolin gland. My PCP referred me to this office where I was so happy that I found Dr Coello again. He send me with his partner Dr Lazarro (in the same office) who performed a marsupialization of bartholin cyst that really change my life in a good way. I'm beyond greatful for these doctors and their office staff (specially with Melissa)
