I’ve been going to Prana Yoga with my wife Rosa for years now, and honestly, I’m not even sure why I haven’t written this sooner—because this place absolutely deserves it.
I’m a 54-year-old guy who considers himself pretty athletic, but Prana’s hot yoga classes are no joke. It’s a serious workout. Montana is hands-down one of the best Bikram instructors I’ve practiced with. Her verbal cues are incredibly spot-on, making it easy to stay focused on alignment even when the room gets intense. I love the rhythmic flow she maintains throughout the sequence—it really helps you find your ‘zone’ and push through the heat. If you want a class that is both challenging and perfectly guided, take Montana’s session at Prana!
