I’ve been going to Prana Yoga with my wife Rosa for years now, and honestly, I’m not even sure why I haven’t written this sooner—because this place absolutely deserves it. I’m a 54-year-old guy who considers himself pretty athletic, but Prana’s hot yoga classes are no joke. It’s a serious workout. I’m talking full-on, walk-out-like-you-just-took-a-shower kind of sweat. There are definitely moments in class where I have to pause, drop into savasana, and regroup—but that’s part of what makes it so good. You feel challenged, pushed, and accomplished every single time. What really sets Prana apart is the balance they strike. The classes are never overcrowded, but they’ve got great energy. The instructors are top-notch—big shoutout to Patchi (aka Pachi-mama) and the whole team. They know how to push you while still paying attention when you need a little extra guidance. That personal touch goes a long way. The space itself is clean, welcoming, and conveniently located. The rates are fair, especially for the quality you’re getting. And beyond the workout, there’s a real sense of community here. It’s not just a class—it’s a place you actually want to come back to. If you’re looking for a serious sweat, a disciplined practice, and a great group of people, Prana is it. Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll feel it—in the best way. Highly recommend. Namaste 🙏

This studio has truly become such a special part of my life and feels like a haven for yogis. What I love most is how it blends the high-energy, motivating feel of a fitness studio with the true heart and roots of yoga. The instructors are incredible— Molly, Adrianna, Chelsea, and so many others all bring something unique and inspiring to every class. The community here is also so special; it’s one of those places where people are genuinely happy to see each other walking into class, which says so much about the energy of the space. Pachi is a true powerhouse, and it’s such a gift to learn from someone with so much knowledge and passion, along with the amazing team she’s built. If you’re looking for a studio that feels challenging, grounding, uplifting, and genuinely like home, Prana is it.

I went to the studio today a little past 12:00 pm after a nail appointment to see how it looks like inside and to inquire of the schedule and pricing. The old lady at the front desk on her bikini, I didn’t get her name, was arrogant and even corrected me of my English (How rude!). When I asked her of the schedule of classes she kept on saying , “ check the website “ when I’m already standing in front of her. She also insisted to have me get the 2 week program for $45 dollars per class even after I expressed that I am interested only of 1 class for now and see if it’s this is something I like since I already go to an early morning HIT program everyday. I felt like she treated me as if I am ignorant. The way she communicated with me including the body language was not welcoming, infact, she was condescending . Not representing the brand well. I wonder what the rest of them are.

Montana is hands-down one of the best Bikram instructors I’ve practiced with. Her verbal cues are incredibly spot-on, making it easy to stay focused on alignment even when the room gets intense. I love the rhythmic flow she maintains throughout the sequence—it really helps you find your ‘zone’ and push through the heat. If you want a class that is both challenging and perfectly guided, take Montana’s session at Prana!

Prana is hands down my favorite yoga studio. I’ve been going here for years, and it truly feels like home. The hot vinyasa and 60-minute Bikram classes are consistently incredible and keep me coming back week after week.
Mathew’s Sunday morning classes are the perfect reset. It's grounding, challenging, and exactly what I need to start the week. Molly’s HIIT and vinyasa classes bring such great energy and always leave me feeling strong and accomplished. And Isabela’s 60-minute Bikram and Bikram Beats classes are next-level: focused, powerful, and so well guided.
The teachers, the community, and the consistency make Prana something really special. If you’re looking for a studio that will challenge you, support you, and keep you inspired long-term, this is it.

I have taken the Bikram Express & Hot Vinyasa classes so far and I am so impressed with this hot yoga studio! The facilities are absolutely spotless, and the studio itself is huge with plenty of space to move and breathe. The instructors Najat and Adriana have been amazing—super helpful, clear, and genuinely invested in your practice.
What really sets this place apart is that there are so many different workouts and class styles to choose from. Plus, it’s more than just yoga—you can get a facial, a massage… it truly feels like a full wellness experience in one place. The front area is beautiful too, with drinks, clothing, and jewelry that make it feel like a little boutique.
Overall, I’m blown away by how intentional and well-run everything is, and I’m really looking forward to continuing my yoga journey here. Highly recommend! 🧘♀✨
