Repair process really easy! They hook you up with a local repair place and they do the work!
I was in a car accident, and my phone went flying through my truck upon impact (cracking my screen). With the the help of Phixey, I was able to get my phone repaired within a couple days. One of the reps stayed in regular communication with me throughout the process, and they even made the repair possible when I was in a different city from where i live. They tracked down a service center, got the repair lined up, and stayed in regular communication throughout the entire process. Once completed, theyfollowed up ensuring everything went smoothly, and my that my phone was working proprrly. They were very helpful, and went the extra mile. Man! I wasn’t sure about this service when I signed up, I for sure thought I was getting scammed, $20 for the whole year just sounds so fake. Then 6 months later, I shattered my phone and they fixed it the same day, with no charge. I told everyone I knew that Phixey was the best. And I highly recommend everyone to sign up!!
