The DNS team and IT services are phenomenal!! The entire staff is so courteous and they truly show how much they care. They are extremely responsive and whenever I have a challenge they quickly try to fix it remotely and if they cannot they will send someone over as soon as possible to fix my challenges. I would not trust my computer to anyone else! I have been a client of DNS for about 10 years and they consistently go above and beyond to help me in any area I need. The team and the IT services at DNS are OUTSTANDING! I've had several IT companies that supported my office before I found DNS and they were nothing compared to DNS. The guys at DNS are super responsive whenever I have a problem and they always get the issue fixed right away. I recently moved my office and DNS was there to move all of my computers and get my system up and running smoothly a few days BEFORE we opened. When I call for any issue - they quickly try to solve the issue remotely if they can and if that is not possible they send someone over in person to get my issue resolved in a timely manner.
