My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I was quoted nearly $1,000 for what I considered to be a straightforward faucet and garbage disposal installation. When I questioned the price, instead of providing a clear explanation or standing by the estimate, the technician immediately began negotiating the cost, which felt more like dealing with a car salesperson than a professional service company.
The entire interaction came across as unprofessional and left me with little confidence in the company's pricing practices. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I had a water heater issue that was tied to an electrical issue. I got a same day appointment, The plumber, George K, was amazing. explained everything, did a very detailed diagnostics, and then helped to quickly expedite an electrician to address what needed to be addressed in that area. They are not the cheapest, but definitely very professional and methodical and hence, worth the price. Shout out to George for owning the process from start to finish!

Jim and Vaughn did a great job installing a shower valve and overhauling vintage toilet in my mid-century home with original plumbing. Thanks guys! I am adding Paradise AC Pro Mark to my 5-star review. He is a gentleman and knows ACs. He gave me repair options and got the job done same day. Thanks Mark! Another addition to my Paradise review... Dillon snaked my kitchen sink from the roof. He showed me video of the issue. Dillon was very professional and polite. It’s nice to have plumbing and AC covered by Paradise.

We purchased an HVAC from *Update from a few hours below - Paradise did come and fix a/c - when calling and getting a bot, ask for an agent! Lesson learned - thank you Paradise, the house is cool again:)
Paradise less than a year ago specifically because it claims to provide 24/7 emergency service yet our A/C is not working and they tell me soonest appt is Monday at 8am and this is Friday in July - make what you will of it but definitely not what we expected.
