I contacted this company two times the first time they said they would come out on a Monday. I never heard back from them then in that same week I contacted them in the morning. They asked me to go outside and take pictures of my yard which I did then they said they would be here at 2 o’clock however it’s two hours now, almost 4 o’clock now and they have not only not shown up I’ve texted multiple times and no reply. I based my workday around being here and available and not only is that unprofessional. It’s just rude to not even reply at all.

First off we asked could he cut the side of our house and he left a patch of grass in our yard after we asked 4 times for him to cut it then when i finally got upset about it he didnt wanna anwser the phone and ignored me! Im soooo pro black that i found a black own business to support, but instead of having customer service, they didnt even care and is the problem black ppl have... Terrible service

I have been using their services for a little over 2 years and I am pleased with the quality. My grass was in terrible shape prior to hiring the Palmer Brother’s... you should see my grass now!!!!! I am extremely satisfied, and I love the fact that my property is on a set schedule with them; very professional, always on time. Their work speaks for itself. Most importantly even after 2 years they are still responsive as if it’s their first time.Services: Lawn mowing & maintenance
