Todd was a charming guy, but he claimed there was mold, and it was dirt (second opinion). Per him, I needed a dry-out job for about 7-10 K. Also, he was supposed to give me the results of a lab test from samples he took ($1,000). When I asked him about it a week later, I got it in the next couple of days, but per the report the samples were just given to the lab. My tenants looked him up and he seems to have quite a history in the BBB and didn´t want him doing further work in the apartments. I assume the second opinion was correct because noone is having any issues with mold.
