I had been doing business with them for many years. This year when I needed my air conditioner serviced they did not show up and I waited all day for them. They claimed they called but I never received a call or message.I gave them a second chance and they promised they would be here by 10am and again they never showed and I had o call them to find out they were not coming.I am not sure what is going on but this is not a way to run a business.
Friday had appointment to replace AC system they showed up late unloaded equipment on my patio then had to reschedule for Sat because one of the techs waas sick pretty sure he was hung over then the next day never called and no showed also wouldn't answer after 30 calls email and texts also found out they just didn't work on Sat glug glug finally next day the tech said we'll be there Mon told them to come pick up their stuff the owner didn't apologize saying "It's ok cause we're really busy" Wouldn't have used them if they did the job for free AVOID THIS COMPANY!Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
Worst experience with a business I've ever had in 52 years After changing the installation date they no showed no called me in fact took 24 hours to call me back in fact I loaded the handler and condenser in the mans truck myself so I could get this off my patio owner didn't seem to even care AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually joined YELP just to leave a review for this horrible experience I had they wasted 2 days of my life and thank God my AC still works or my house would be 90 degrees probably the worst part was that the owner didn't even seem to care saying "Its ok no hard feelings"
