Dr. Max explained everything well before the surgery, and he answered all my questions post-surgery. He has an amazing staff who is dedicated to great customer service. After my third hair restoration procedure at Hair By Dr. Max — each as seamless and successful as the last — I feel compelled to share just how positive my experience has been over the years.

Dr. Max is an exceptional surgeon: highly experienced and deeply knowledgeable about the latest techniques, with a soft-spoken, collaborative manner that immediately puts patients at ease. His surgical skill and artistic judgment are equally remarkable — hair restoration is as much about aesthetics as it is about technical prowess, and over three procedures spanning six years, he has carefully harvested and transplanted more than 7,000 grafts to restore my frontal hairline, mid-scalp, and crown. The result is a dramatically fuller head of hair that looks entirely natural — and that no one has ever commented on or questioned.

What truly sets Dr. Max apart is his hands-on approach. Unlike many clinics that delegate critical steps to technicians, he personally performs every surgical phase himself, including both donor harvesting and graft placement. That level of direct involvement and accountability was one of the primary reasons I chose Dr. Max in the first place and then returned twice.

His team is also outstanding. Kelly, the Patient Care Coordinator, is warm, responsive, and genuinely invested in each patient’s experience, and the administrative, surgical, and post-op teams alike are professional, caring, and attentive throughout every stage of the process, from initial consultation to long-term follow-up.

Dr Max, and his staff were absolutely outstanding, extremely professional, and helpful. One of the first things you notice while entering Dr Max’s clinic is how clean, and well organized everything is. Prior to the procedure, Dr Max, and his staff took the time to explain, and answer all my questions, which helped relieve any lingering concerns I might have. During the procedure Dr Max took the time to comfort me to reduce the discomfort associated with the procedure. The results of the procedure were beyond my expectations.
