I love Alexis she is so jolly I love her energy. And not to mention she got all of my acne away in two weeks we still working to keep gone but yea she’s the best hands down

I came here for my first ever dermatologist appointment—everyone from the front desk lady to the doctor was very welcoming and respectful! Dr. Richardson had a comforting presence and was very professional. My concerns were acknowledged and addressed, and the exam was quick. I accidentally came half an hour early and was still seen right away, and left before my original appointment time.

The staff at the Bayview location is very unprofessional. They try to force you to see the nurse practitioner and he's not good at all. He misdiagnosed me. They are horrible and aggressive
