I wasn’t sure when the instructors changed about 3 years ago, but I was really happy with what I saw. My son was learning new techniques and skills which kept his interest in continuing his journey. He is now working on his 3rd degree blackbelt.

Amazing program I would recommend to anyone!!! They have gone above and beyond for me and my family. Teaching my daughters how to navigate and protect themselves in this crazy world.

I never knew about Krav Maga, Kalli (aka Arnis or Eskrima) and Korean style Taekwondo, until a friend of mine introduced me to Master Ferrerr. An amazing and energetic individual. His genuine love of martial arts and show of enthusiasm for his craft is infectious and motivating. As a beginner starting from scratch, I appreciated his patience and encouraging words during our private lessons. Do not get me wrong. He is tough, a perfectionist, and expects a lot from his students. He is amazing with children of all ages, from the tiny tots to the older teens. Although strict, he radiates calmness /kindness and humor. You can see the kids adore and respect him. He is definitely a master in his trade who can impart knowledge in a meaningful and understanding format. The private lessons I take with Master Ferrer have been extremely helpful in progressing me faster than I would have just taking group classes. As a physician, this activity is great for a child's overall character and physical development. For adults the benefits of cardiopulmonary training, flexibility and hand eye coordination would prevent or slow down many of the aging issues we deal with. If you think you are too old... think not. I am almost 57yo and my martial arts partner is a 73 yo feisty energetic female. Why should the kids be the only one having fun? This replaces for me the boring workout classes and gyms. I am glad to have found this place and be part of this close knit family of martial arts instructors and students.

I had tried taking martial arts classes before but just got lost in the shuffle. No one really cared whether I learned anything or not, but when I came here to Mr Ferrer’s class. Oh what a difference ! I finally found a teacher that wanted to really teach and he tries to figure out what works best for you. I’m finally getting the training that will help me stay on the path of the warrior.Thank you Mr Ferrer. I would recommend that you take classes from Mr Ferrer if you’re interested in learning.

My son started here in end of 2021, when he was 4 and 1/2 years old. He absolutely loves it. The instructors, Mr. Ferrer, Mr. Riviera and Mr. Peterson are amazing and very helpful. Their equipment and location are great. We loved it so much that my wife and I enrolled as well. Highly recommend them.

I was in Fort Lauderdale for the AAU Taekwondo Nationals, but my airline lost my staff. I looked around for dojos that sold staffs and thankfully found Karate America. Not only did they have the exact size and weight I needed, they loaned it to me for free. They also made accommodations to pick it up on a day they were closed because my flight left so early the next day. Everyone I spoke to there was very friendly and extremely helpful. The class I saw through the doorway looked interesting. Thank you Karate America!

Stay far far away. Karate America rips people off. My daughter and I were doing classes here but had to stop for medical reasons. They kept charging my credit card for months. Now they absolutely refuse to refund the money they stole from us. BEWARE OF THEIR EXTREMELY UNSCRUPULOUS BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
