Best Pilates, I love JETSET! The environment is great, phenomenal workout, front desk girls are always so nice and the instructors as well. I usually take classes at Doral and Isabella is my favorite but I took Ashley Ls class yesterday and was inspired to write this review, she articulates herself perfectly, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her class, 1000% recommend.

I had a very disappointing experience during my first visit. I recently moved to Fort Lauderdale and decided to try this studio as a new client with no prior Pilates experience. I made the effort to wake up early and arrived 4 minutes before class, only to be met with a very unwelcoming attitude at the front desk.
Despite the class having only a few participants, I was told that because I did not arrive at least 5 minutes early, I would be taking the class “at my own risk.” I was also informed that if I couldn’t complete the class, I would still lose my class credits. There was no attempt to guide me, accommodate me as a beginner, or make me feel comfortable.
For a first-time client, especially someone new to both the area and Pilates, this level of rigidity and lack of customer care was very disappointing. Instead of creating a positive first impression, the experience felt cold and dismissive.
Unfortunately, this was enough for me to decide not to return.

We were told by the front desk our membership would be cancelled, the next month, we got charged again. For 6 days we called and emailed and everyday they said they would cancel it and refund us. We then got connected with the manager Kaitlyn Grimail, after a week of her staff emailing her she finally reached out to us, she assured us she took care of it and proceeded to never follow up and never do anything. Really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of transparent communication, false promises, and they still haven’t resolved the issue.

Definitely an outstanding workout in a great atmosphere with competent and friendly instructors and studio staff. I do resistance and cardio training all the time but am reminded of what I’m missing out on every time I do Pilates at JetSet. I feel muscles and see results like no other.

This class was so good I have to leave a review here too not just on class pass! I took my first Pilates class with Kelly and was honestly a little intimidated going in, but she immediately made me feel so welcome. She took the time to show me the reformer, offered helpful corrections throughout class, and was so kind and encouraging the entire time. The routine was amazing and challenging in the best way. I can’t wait to keep coming back to her classes!

I booked a class with a friend for January 1st at 9:00 AM. We arrived at 8:55 AM, on time, and were told at the front desk that because it was our first time at this studio, we had to arrive 10 minutes earlier information that was never communicated to us beforehand (no text or message). We were asked to leave and were not refunded, only credited, despite making the effort to come all the way from Sunny Isles on New Year’s morning.
We returned two days later using the credit, this time arriving early as instructed. The class itself was good and the instructor was fine, but the overall experience was disappointing. As a Pilates studio owner myself, I found the customer service and lack of communication unfortunate. Policies should be clearly communicated in advance. Overall, not a great first impression

Came to my first class and was extremely disappointed. I arrived not 5 but 3 minutes early and was told since it’s my first time there I am not allowed inside the class. I was with my friend and she had to leave with me cause she felt bad. First of all no where did it say if you do not arrive 10-5 minutes early you will not be allowed in the class but the person at the front named Sara apparently thought I was stupid. I told her I have done Pilates at many studios and all she did was force me to leave and said I can not do the class. Hope they find more positive employees ready to accommodate to guests preferences and not repeat the same thing over and over that it’s just there policy
