Very disappointed. My primary faxed an authorization 5 times. I called before my appointment to make sure they had received it. The person who answered the phone said they hadn't, but she would call me before my appointment to let me know. I left work early, sat in their reception room for an hour after being handed a sign in sheet, finally I asked when I would be seen and that's when they informed me they hadn't received the authorization. Not before my appointment, not when I signed in, an hour later! And the receptionist had the guts to blame technology, not their incompetence. I walked out and I'll never come back.

After driving 30 minutes to a medical complex with a ton of buildings under construction, 15 minutes late and cannot see the doctor who i made an appointment months ago with. I am so disappointed in this business. Last week I waited for an hour to get a mammogram at a separate location. I have to leave my work and be at the mercy of doctors that show so little respect for their patients. Do not be surprised if you are turned away.

horrible and careless entire staff please go somewhere else.. i had light bleeding in my first trimester a few times .. i kept calling the nurses station and No one answered for an entire day then the next day i call and they still dont answer i had spoken with only the front desk and she told me just leave a message they will call you back TODAY so i left about 3 messages and then !!!!4!!!! DAYS later the nurse calls and say whats going on?? and i had mentioned that its been 4 days and she did not apologize or anything!!!! she just said " Oh yeah ..... so whats going on? i then told her again thinking she would apologize and she HUNG UP on my Face WITHOUT SAYING A...read full review
