She listens intently to what clients want, discusses options, and adds her professional opinion. She is great with suggestions, very straightforward, and takes pride in her work. Clients receive custom blends, soft blondes, blended grays, aggressive gray coverage, and dimensional highlights and lowlights that grow out beautifully. Haircuts follow recommendations for hair type and face shape, are easy to style, and look good. Every appointment is an amazing experience with great attention to detail in a super cute shop. Clients never leave disappointed and always leave feeling and looking fabulous.

What a beautiful hair cut and color! I am so pleased and have been a second time now so I can attest to the consistency of the results! I have never gotten so many compliments and I was really nervous about cutting my hair shorter in this Florida weather (#humidity)! I have very curly hair that frizzes easily and she gave me a great cut that I can blow out or wear curly. Very hydrating products for my hair and suggestions for how to care for it in between cuts. Highly recommend Hair with Flair Studio!

I have been looking for a new color specialist for about 3 years without success. FINALLY I have found her! Arjeta took the time to understand and actually HEAR how I wanted my hair to look from perfect color to the cut! She is professional, skilled and knows products. No pressure selling, just good recommendations. So happy to have found her- I’m never going to anyone else!
