I received this system at the 1st of the year. It's supposed to be curly and at least 65% gray. It was manufactured for Hair Visions International in Indonesia. They're saying it's from China in 2021. It was Indonesia December 2022. There records are incorrect. They blamed everything they did wrong on covid. I get we had a pandemic, but a virus doesn't cause a product to be poorly made. I used this company for over 10 years. It was over a year before I got my orders. They refuse to make this right. I've swallowed several thousand dollars because of them. Lost 3 clients as a result. During the pandemic my prices were raised 3 times with zero product to show for it. Even the stock systems I got were terrible. The brown one is the stock system after being shampooed and conditioned with quality hair products. When I called them upset because this was the straw that broke the camel's back. Adam kept interrupting me. I told him to stop interrupting me and he said if I continue to speak to him in this manner he would hang up and he did. Called back and was lied to and hung up on again. Take your business elsewhere. They're not worth your time or money.

We did a hair replacement class on zoom. It was wonderful, more one on one, and the class moved along quite well. We covered a lot of material that day because subjects were catered to our needs. Great job. Thank you Karla and Baha

I've done business with Hair Visions since 2004. They have always been an amazing resource for products and education.Recently I had an in-salon training with Baha. He is a wealth of knowledge and delivered that to my staff in an interesting, fun and engaging manner. I stopped buying hair years ago afterHairvisions sold out to the Chinese.Since then this company has been horrible! 03/16/2023, I did purchase a 4 OZ can Of Liquid Vinyl for 14.00. My salon is Located in Ga. Ground shipping around $9.00 or $10.00.Communist Hair visions charged myCard $45.46 for ground shipping.Hair visions has turned criminal..There hair pieces are the worst and most expensive in the World! If your a patriot and A good American, You will stop all sales to this communist Business…Think about it!Sincerely,Jentis studios
