I was referred to Genesis Physical Medicine by my former Chiropractor because I was suffering from severe back pain due to spinal stenosis. My treatment plan included chiropractic adjustments and decompression treatments for the past few months. I am feeling so much better since my treatments with Dr Anna. My pain level has been greatly reduced and my mobility has increased tremendously. The staff is wonderful! Jasmine, who handles the front desk, is warm and welcoming. Good experience, the doctor who treated me was charming...and the front desk was perfect...now I'm waiting to see what treatment I will follow. Everyone was wonderful. ......Hi, I saw that this was answered recently....in the end, I had a problem at the end of my treatment that I didn't like. The other time, the new doctor called me, I told her what had happened, and she didn't care.....I had a billing issue. When I went, I paid $100, but on that occasion, the doctor wasn't there because she had been in an accident, and they charged me the same $100, and there was no adjustment.....I didn't like that because they should have only charged me $50...after... read full review
Dr Mike and his team took me in after I threw out my back the very next day. Within two appointments and 72 hours, my back was almost back to 100%. Genesis is not just a place to get adjusted they have high tech equipment and very skilled staff to compliment the adjustment.
