Dr Mike and his team took me in after I threw out my back the very next day. Within two appointments and 72 hours, my back was almost back to 100%. Genesis is not just a place to get adjusted they have high tech equipment and very skilled staff to compliment the adjustment.

From the moment I walked in, I was concerned. I felt like I was given a diagnosis almost immediately, without a thorough evaluation or meaningful discussion about my symptoms. The process felt rushed and superficial, which did not give me confidence that my condition was being carefully assessed.
My concerns are specifically regarding Dr. Mike Rozenblum. I was told I had neuropathy, yet no bloodwork, imaging, or nerve conduction studies (EMG/NCS) were performed or ordered to medically confirm that diagnosis or rule out underlying causes. From my understanding, neuropathy often requires more comprehensive testing to properly evaluate. The absence of that type of workup felt like a serious red flag to me.
It is also important to note that Dr. Rozenblum is a chiropractor, not a neurologist. Learning this further added to my concerns about receiving a definitive neurological diagnosis without appropriate testing or referral from a medical specialist in that field.
The second red flag was that he offered me a so-called “discount” on a machine because we attend the same church, lowering the price from $10,000 to $8,000. In my opinion, medical pricing should never be tied to personal relationships. That raised serious concerns about professionalism and ethics. More importantly, despite spending thousands of dollars, the machine has not relieved my foot pain.
After four months without improvement, I sought the opinion of an actual neurologist. Following a proper evaluation, the neurologist informed me that I do not have dead nerves — my nerves are alive — and that I am simply deficient in vitamins. Since following the neurologist’s recommendations, I have been feeling better.
When I informed Dr. Rozenblum that I had seen a neurologist and explained the findings and improvement I was experiencing, he responded by stating that he “doesn’t know what I know.” That response further added to my concerns.
At my follow-up appointments, instead of seriously addressing the fact that I was still in pain and questioning why the treatment wasn’t working, I was told I should focus on “paying it off,” in reference to the machine he sold me. That response was unacceptable. I went there for medical care — not to be pressured about finances.
I want to make clear that the massage therapy technicians and other support staff were professional and appeared to simply be doing their jobs. My issue is not with them, but with how my treatment and financial situation were handled at the physician level.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. The entire process felt financially driven and deeply concerning. Patients deserve transparency, thorough evaluations, and care that prioritizes their health over sales.

Have been dealing with my neck issues for years, tried many other options but for the first time the 3 month treatment I got at Genesis actually WORKED and helped me eliminate the horrible tension and headaches I had!
