I called Mainline Plumbing on a Monday morning to come out and take a look at my broken hot water heater. Not only did they make it out within a couple of hours of me calling, they were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for everything!

Jay is literally THE BEST ! Never using another company AGAIN. The Customer Service is great and the work they do is professional and accurate. I'm sending EVERYONE I know. Thank you guys again for helping me with an issue I had for months :)

I have been undergoing such stress and frustration because my kitchen sink hasn’t been working no matter what I try to do. However that all changed once J showed up at my doorstep. Let me first say that I never have any luck with plumbers because I always end up having to wait the entire day for them to show up, not J though! He showed up 10 minutes early to my appointment and he brought such a wonderful and positive attitude inside my home. He reassured me that he will fix it and make sure it stays fixed. He was such great company and fixed everything in such a timely manner. He exceeded himself in professionalism! I have never encountered such a wholesome person through a time of frustration. I will never call anyone that isn’t him to welcome into my home!!
