Brian did an excellent job. I've never had a Realtor that was so easy to work with. He very quickly grasped what we were looking for and was able to curate a list of properties that streamlined our search. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and what the real values of properties should be, and very connected in the real estate community to know what was available on and off market. He took all of the anxiety out of the due diligence and contracting. And he was so responsive. We never waited around for a response. He was on it right away and even if the answer took time, he kept us up to date on progress.
