used them to sell my home in 2023. max and shawn were very helpful with the whole process. due to the age of my home i wasnt able to find ANY other cash buying companies. i did find ONE but they who were only gonna offer about 50% less than this place and they were also very sketchy and unreliable. so dont be fooled by the tv ads and signs you see......if your home does not meet certain parameters, this company will likely be your only option. very deceiving ads all around making people think anyone can sell their home for a lower cash price.

This experience was amazing. Everything was black and white and quick. We needed to get rid of the house fast and they even offered more than we were expecting. From offer to closing, there was no hiccups. We would definitely use this company again.
