Love this gym! Super clean, great vibes, and the equipment is top-notch. Shoutout to Pablo and Tina —his training sessions are the best! He keeps it fun, motivating, and really pushes you to do your best. Highly recommend!
My husband and I were referred to Paulo Andalaft, owner of Fit Factor for personal training by a friend. Paulo met with us and did an assessment assigning Derek Carter to work with us. Derek is reliable, experienced and knowledgeable. We train twice a week for an hour each session. We have gained energy and feel better and stronger. It has made such a positive difference in our lives. We spend summers in North Carolina and miss Paulo and Derek. The weekly newsletters are very helpful and the recipes we have tried are delicious. Fit Factor is a gem of a gym. I attended their small group classes for a few years and they were great. The classes are so small that you truly get the personal trainer experience, and all their trainers (Rémy, Paulo, Tina) are absolutely wonderful, caring and knowledgeable. In addition, their Functional Training method is perfect for older adults (like me): challenging, safe and fun. I cannot recommend them enough!
