I made an appointment for 11:30 AM as a new patient. I got there 10 minutes prior to fill out any necessary paperwork. After waiting for more than 30 minutes I decided I wasn't going to waste any more time and requested my co-pay back and for them to remove all of my information from their system. I do not suggest going to this place because it's obvious they don't give a fuck about their customer's time.

Long wait times. Very disorganized. I wish I never took my kids to him. Their acne never got better. The office follow up is terrible. Trying to get someone to answer the phone without immediately putting you on hold for 15 minutes is impossible. I'm truly disappointed.

It took me a long time to write this but I believe it's important for other female patients to be aware. I went to Elias Dermatology when they were at NSU in 2018. I went to get my moles checked for routine reasons and since I worked at Nova I went here. While in the room, the Doctor came in with 4 male students and did not ask me if I was okay with it (meanwhile I was in a gown). While in my gown, Dr Elias asked me if I had any moles on my chest, I replied "no" he still, without my permission, proceeded to pull my bra down and looked at my chest in front of all the male students. Still to this day, I have a hard time with male doctors and have lost a lot of trust. I hope since then they practice better bed side manner and have grown. Just be aware if you're not comfortable with something, it's probably because it shouldn't be happening.

I came in about 3 times and each time offered me no help at all. If anything my condition worsened after. He did not run any tests, prescribed the first thing that came to mind and left within 5 minutes.

Be prepared to wait .. the entire staff run around and congregate while patients wait and wait and wait . I understand that doctors run late but their is zero regard for patients and honoring appointments . .

I am fairly new to the area and needed to see a dermatologist. I had surgery today and the experience was very positive. Dr Matthew Elias was wonderful. He explained everything and was very pleasant and professional. Sarah Bryant, was outstanding as well. The receptionist (I forget her name!) is always professional and efficient. Very disappointed with the care provided here. After a being a long time patient, finally gave up and sought care elsewhere. The MD performed Mohs surgery, the incision opened after stitches were prematurely removed by unlicensed staff, he went on vacation, his brother & PA told me to let it heal "on it's own" and I ended up with scarring on my face. I will not return. They are running a numbers game with poor patient care. Rundown, cramped facility, go elsewhere- I did.
