I took my down pillow to be dry cleaned, and the owner was nice enough to explain that I’d be better off, soaking it in my tub with Oxy because the dry cleaning wouldn’t take the yellow out. I thought that was really decent of him to be up front about the results i should expect. Everyone there is always so friendly, and just genuinely seem to be happy at their job.
