We hired this mold remediation company to handle a serious issue in my father’s co-op, and I can’t say enough about the excellent job they did. From the first phone call with Nidal, they were professional, patient, and took the time to explain the entire process so we felt comfortable and informed.
The crew arrived on time, worked cleanly and efficiently, and treated my father’s home with great care and respect. They were extremely thorough in identifying the problem areas and made sure everything was properly remediated, not just quickly covered up. Communication was outstanding throughout the project, and they kept us updated every step of the way.

Nidal Saad dedicates a great deal of time, energy, and sensitivity to his clients. Quite a few of our friends who have had him do work on their homes recommended him to us. His compassion and empathy as he interacts with the clients is very impressive. My husband and I highly recommend Nidal Saad.
I worked directly with the owner Nidal. Cannot recommend them enough. Very experienced and very professional. They showed up on time, did the remediation work and then patched up all the holes and painted and best of all left zero mess.
