My life was going down the toilet, FAST…or coming up the toilet. Both bathrooms were flooding. The chaos affected everything. Called a plumber…or 2. They couldn’t save me, but recommended these folks. MacKenzie answered the phone, so kind. Did she sense the desperation? She sent Guido to the rescue. He’s a real PRO who takes pride in his work. He was also very respectful of my home, treated it like Buckingham Palace. And best of all, for a last minute 911 call that they could have exploited, they were super fair and reasonable.

We had a backed up tub drain and tried all the home remedies to clear it to no avail. I requested an appointment online with Rapid Rooter yesterday afternoon. Someone called me within 2 min of submitting the request online, and booked me for a service window of 9-11am today. At 8:30am I got a call confirming that the technician was on the way. He arrived promptly at 9am, identified the issue, gave us a quote, and cleared the blockage. He was in and out in 1 hour and everything is running smoothly now. I called Rapid-Rooter Plumbing close to 5:00pm because the kitchen sink would not drain. Luckily, they had a technician, Demitri, still in the field and available.
