Everyone at the office is very nice and welcoming. Dr. Patty is so talented - she listened to what I wanted to achieve and provided the best options for me. I've had braces/Invisalign twice in my life, and I did not want to go that route again. My teeth are no longer different lengths and are straight! I'm really happy with the results. I also have extremely sensitive teeth and Dr. Patty and her team made sure I was comfortable during each visit. Would definitely recommend Dr. Patty and her team - in fact, when my friend came to pick me up, she decided to get a consultation and ended up getting a smile makeover, too!
UPDATE 12/2024 I previously left a positive review because my experience started well. However, I feel it’s important to share an update, as I’ve faced significant challenges since then.
Within a month of getting my veneers, one of my canine veneers fell off. After it was replaced, the new veneer quickly turned gray, but I was told to wait for it to loosen naturally before it could be fixed. Over the following months, two more veneers fell out or broke—one while eating and another during a repair. Most recently, two other veneers cracked and completely fell apart while chewing. In each case, there was no warning; they simply broke. Altogether, five of the veneers (almost half of what I received) failed without clear cause.
Because of these repeated problems and my growing lack of confidence, I sought help from my primary dentist. He replaced my entire top row with porcelain veneers, which has made a significant difference. He also observed that my original veneers appeared to be composite, not the mix of ceramic and porcelain I was told I’d be receiving during my consultations here.
Beyond the physical and financial toll, this has been extremely stressful. For 18 months, I lived in constant fear of my teeth breaking at the worst moments, even cutting soft foods into tiny pieces to avoid further damage. Rather than feeling supported, I often felt dismissed and blamed, particularly with suggestions that my issues were caused by grinding—despite my consistent use of the night guard provided. Adding to my concerns, a friend who received veneers from this practice around the same time has experienced similar problems.
After sharing my situation, Ani did reach out and said:
“I would like to discuss the whole situation with you. I wish you would have spoken to me before seeking another doctor. We were able to help your friend and would have done the same for you. There are still some options that may help. If you are interested, please let me know when we can chat.”
While I appreciated her taking the time to reach out, to be candid, unless Dr. Patty is interested in addressing some form of reimbursement, I don't have anything else to discuss since I don't have the confidence in her work. I’ve had to spend an additional $10,000 to redo the work I initially entrusted to Dr. Patty’s practice, so the outcome and subsequent costs of getting veneers there two years ago have been deeply disappointing.

Dr Patty knew the solution to my problem before coming into my room everyone works together and know what’s going on in my mouth they pay attention to detail I wasn’t going to do LANAP but Lal explained the pros and cons and I was scared of losing my teeth but good thing they have an option for IV Sedation. Before coming to Dr. Patty I’ve had past trauma experiences at other dental practices which made it worst for me to go and get my mouth dealt with. Lala helped me get in the same day for a consultation which Dr Patty thoroughly recommended all treatment for me which could’ve been done the same day but because of my past trauma they wanted me to be comfortable so I was offered iv sedation which was a huge help because I came back and all the work was completed in 1 day now I only return for my routine cleanings which I do use funny gas but Dr. Patty Miami staff pays attention to detail and they care for the patient and have lots of patience. Thank you guys for helping with my smile .
