I've been through several computer companies and never had the service that I've gotten from Costa at downtown computers.. I've found their prices to be very fair.And I would highly recommend this company for any computer needs.
I cannot recommend my IT guy enough! Every time I have an issue with my equipment, he responds immediately and gets everything up and running faster than I ever expect. His turnaround time is incredible: what could be a stressful situation is handled quickly, efficiently, and professionally.
What truly sets him apart is his customer-service mindset. He’s patient, explains things clearly (without making you feel clueless), and genuinely cares about making sure everything works perfectly before he leaves. You can tell he takes pride in what he does.
