I came in to get my wig install. I paid for my service. I took my number. But the girls doing the wigs aren’t taking numbers so there is no organization or order. Do not go to this classy girl very un organized.

This place is great!! I stopped by cus I happened to be passing by and needed a wig, but I wasn’t sure what I was gonna get til I got there and they got a big collection to choose from and very affordable/reasonable pricing depending on your budget. Jasmine in particular was so wonderful in helping me find what I wanted. She’s very welcoming and wants to help if you need any assistance or opinions, highly recommend!!

One of the girl in the back installing wigs is so rude and disrespectful. I ask her a question and she was so rude. I’ll never return to this location again. No customer service!!

I called in this morning and the young lady greet me nicely and let me know they do have what I’m looking for when I came in I let the young lady know. I was the one on the phone. She said oh yes, and pointing me to aisle six she saw that I walked past what I was looking for and came and directed me to the right place I love that . I forgot my dryer At home so I went off memory and it was too small so I came back in. And Mohammed helped me out immediately. No questions asked took me straight to the aisle give me a couple options. Let me pick the best one. It was the same price. He even attached it to the dryer for me y’all come see them they are so nice and friendly will be coming back

So I went to the store to buy a bonnet and this dude wanna be so disrespectful saying you don't know math just me saying wow how is it so expensive and wanna call me stupid and stuff worst service ever never coming back here again

If you ever use the salon in the back of the store stay away from the hairstylist Keisha, she is very rude and unprofessional, the whole time I was in her chair she talked bad about her clients and her coworkers, she has a very nasty attitude
