I highly recommend Bob Cohen and his company Classic Commercial Cleaning Services. I had a flood that water came in through the ceiling and stained my couches. Bob sent his professional team to take care of things. Not only did they clean everything I asked, but found more that had been damaged by mildew and took care of that as well. When they were done, everything looked great and smelled fresh! I wish I took before and after pictures, but you whoever reads this review and uses their services should!

The owner Bob Cohen, returned my calls, came out to do the estimate within 24 hours and promised great results. He was right!! The carpet looks amazing!! Classic Commercial Services is setting the standard in the floor cleaning industry. We contracted them to tackle some extensive problem areas located on Naval Air Station Key West damaged by Hurricane Irma. After interviewing three other cleaning services for bids, our company chose CCS. The operation, the staff, the results speak for themselves.
Three buildings with several thousand square feet consisting of both tile and carpet were addressed. Not only did they go above our scope of work, they exceeded that of what the US Navy was expecting. The outcome was fantastic and has anchored their company for future bid invites.
Todd represented the company professionally during the initial walk thru and estimate process. He was in constant communication from start to finish to include while his technicians were on the ground. This speaks volume for the leadership within the company and the quality control Classic Commercial Services continues to uphold.
Both technicians, Rob and Ricardo, were on site early everyday navigating the Naval security protocols and staging the equipment necessary for the task. They too represented the company in a way Bob should be proud. They are extremely knowledgable and passionate about the proffesion they represent. At no time did they hesitate to spend the extra time needed to address problem areas that otherwise may have never came clean. I thank them for their dedication and attention to detail. The quality of work and outcome will leave a lasting impression not only with our company but with the office personnel of the US Navy.

Fantastic work and very accommodating not mention very competitive pricing. CCS was able to get a red wine stain out of a brand new carpet in our conference room sat for over a week. I would highly recommend this company.
