Cajun Bear AC Repair is trustworthy, timely, professional and knowledgable. I am in the process of purchasing a townhouse. It was time for the inspection. The inspector was not sure why the AC wasn’t cooling on the third floor properly. I decided to get a quote from Cajun Bear AC Repair to get a price for an additional unit just for the third floor. I spoke to TJ in the office. Ricky came out to the townhouse. Even though it was Labor Day weekend, TJ assured me they could come out to assess the problem. Ricky came out to my townhome. He was actually a little early on a rainy day. Ricky thoroughly explained the problem the builder’s unit. Rather than a multi thousand dollar fix, he said the problem was easily corrected, and he thought it would only cost a couple hundred dollars. This company is dependable and honest. Thanks to Ricky, I can confidently proceed forward to my closing. They are great!
