On a recent trip, I had a dental emergency and was really fortunate to be directed to Dr. Bové. The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind and the highly skilled Dr. Bové fixed me up better than before! Thank you all so much for saving the day and my trip!

What can I say my experience was ….. in a word wonderful….I made my appointment and arrived a bit early…. The receptionist was so welcoming as I sat and filled out paperwork she asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything further.It was time for my examination, and the doctor made me so comfortable. He explained everything to me and was easy to talk to.At the end of my examination the doctor walk me over to the receptionist we all exchanged pleasantries and laughter and I scheduled my next appointment…. Oh did I mention the goodie bag of a tooth brush, tooth paste, and mouth wash… which made my coworker jealous when they saw when I got back to the office….Dr Bove and his staff make your dental experience so enjoyable….I’ll be seeing you guys in a few months ?

Terrible front desk. I came to my 10:30am appointment on time, the receptionist started yelling at me and was incredibly rude stating my appointment was at 10:00am and refused to check me in.I HAVE THE EMAIL SAYING MY APPOINTMENT IS AT 10:30AM!Turns out, she put a friend of theirs on my spot and bluntly lied to my face that I missed my appointment.I have arranged the whole day and morning to be seen at 10:30am just to be yelled at, lied to and turned around.Extremely unprofessional and rude. I don't understand why would you treat your customers like that.

They s is the horrible horrible experience.I came on time but very rude and terrible front office made an appointment to her friend. She just kicked me out of the office.I spent an hour on my way. People please don’t go this clinic!!!!

I came with my wife on time. Terrible and rude front office lady broke our appointment and put her friend or relative on this time.She is looking not very adequate

Never never go to this clinic. If you want to lose your time and ruin your day. I have never seen such a terrible service. I had an appointment and I came on time but front office just put her friend on my time and told me to come in a week. When I asked why she is behaving like that she started to be incredibly rude. She is so terrible!!!

Joining the Bove’ family has been a great experience. Our first visit consisted of an introduction, a conversation of my past oral health, and the most detailed examination I’ve ever had. Suggested reconditions were submitted to my insurance and a detail conversation of covered fixes happened upon my return visit. Bove’ D.M.D. is very detailed and personable. Lovely office environment and a great location.

I had a scaling done by a dental hygienist student a BC. They loosened a very old filling during the process and referred me to Nova to fix it. I did not want to go to a student dentist to fix/repair the filling because I knew it was a weird tooth/placement. I wanted to go to a dentist with an experience that I trusted. Dr. Bove expertly removed the old filling and replaced it with care knowing my anxiety about the process. He was gentle and informative. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to him.

Upon visiting Dr Bove's office we were greeted by Crystal, the office manager, who is super nice and very efficient. Dr Bove has a sense of humor and lightened the mood right away. He took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. During my exam Dr Bove explained what dental work I should consider and it was followed up with Crystal giving me a print out of this work with my insurance coverage and what I would be responsible for. We were happy with their covid prevention procedures. Very happy with our first few visits.
