Found Bliss via an internet search and called them to repair some impact windows with broken lifter springs. Person who answered the phone was polite and to the point. Bliss was able to send a repairman within 24 hours of my call.Repairman arrived exactly on time, was friendly, professional and wasted no time in getting the job done.Bliss billed by the hour plus parts. The repairman worked efficiently and the labor charge was more than fair. Parts charge was in line with quotes I received from other vendors. Total price was very reasonable for quality of work done and speed with which it was accomplished.Thanks Bliss for getting my windows fixed so quickly.
I have 35 windows that needed servicing. They fixed them all in 2 hours. Parts and labor were reasonable. The technician was pleasant and professional. I rarely leave reviews but I'm so happy that I felt everyone should know.
