He explained everything clearly and made sure the repair was completed quickly and professionally. It's hard to find honest and reliable service like this, and I truly appreciated how east he made everything. I've used ARM twice now. They show up when they say they show up. They get the job done and their pricing is very fair. I don't feel like they're bending me over and sticking it to me. Which come on, we all know is how most of us feel when it comes to having an appliance repair person come to the door.
On this last visit for what turned out to be a frozen ice maker that just required a defrost I also mentioned that I needed one of the drawers fixed on the refrigerator. Jacob just gave me the part number and told me where to order it and install it myself, saving me bucks.

I can’t say enough good things about this repair service! I live in New Jersey, but my parents are in Florida, and when their dishwasher suddenly stopped working, I had to arrange everything from afar. From the very first phone call Jacob was so kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain what was going on in a way my parents could understand, and he made them feel completely comfortable the entire time.
My parents are older, and it means so much to me when someone treats them with genuine respect and care — and that’s exactly what he did. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had their dishwasher running perfectly again before he left. He even followed up afterward to make sure everything was still working properly.
It’s rare to find someone who’s not only excellent at their job but also truly compassionate and trustworthy. I’m so grateful for his help and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone in the area!
