I’m extremely impressed at the dedication and commitment this facility has shown. It’s a amazing to have services and staff that go above and beyond for there clients.

Fantastic, and very knowledgable staff with experience about the different levels of addiction and alcoholism and how to treat them. The groups are run very professionally. They also get to help people on an individual/one on one level where honesty is key in a trusted environment.. Really getting to the root/core of the problem to offer the individual confidence in a fulfilling sober life that can now seem sustainable! Hope becomes real... Highly recommend.

When you’re a high function person with mental concerns, this place is no use. The intake process was ridiculous, they made me come back twice for the SAME appointment. I was supposed to fill paperwork on one appointment then come back for the health portion yet they had me doing things I should’ve did at the first appointment. I had Shannon as a case worker and she was no help at all. Whenever I was on the phone with her it felt like she was rambling and talking in circles like okay get to the point and let me get off the phone. Seems like all she knows how to do is give referrals and tell me I’m on a wait list for employment help. Imagine waiting 5 months get to get help with employment. I already found one on my own. Her supervisor Curtis NEVER calls when you have concerns. I needed help with maintaining my current housing situation which I was told I’d get assistance with to get a reasonable accommodation done. I ask Shannon the other day all of a sudden she doesn’t have a response, then claims the office phones aren’t working. But I called the location 3 times to speak with with a manager- the front desk answered and phones were working fine. Feels like I was dealing with illiterate people that just didn’t understand common sense. Then Shannon would try to flip it on me as if I’m not compliant like if you can’t help me with NONE of the issues I am having why waste my time and call me for something unimportant so yes I would not answer because she doesn’t get to the point. But when I had concerns about my housing she couldn’t call. Swear these people at this agency are slow

Shannon smith. Case manager states she has no obligation to speak with family. Due to the fact of personality conflict. Mental health has everything to do with family. The peer specialist states she no longer wants to deal with my son, Daniella Wentz. The supervisor Curtis never returns calls, even after a year and a half. Snide comments is not professional and not responding is not professional. A lack of staff and nasty residential staff. They also thrw away everything he owned from their CRT program due to him being incarcerated and then to a hospital for placement. The boy has no one, mother lives in another state and father has had hard times unable to visit and they have all of his money. Appalled.

This place had one of their case managers come to the home next door to me and they the case manager damaged my driveway on his way out and they refuse to solve the issue. I have called several times and was told by Maria who is Jose's manager they would call me back and then she was out of the office the next day. When I called back Carolyn told me to call my lawyer or go after my neighbors home owners insurance if i have an issue. Therefore I will be doing exactly that and speaking with my attorney.

Archways is an OUTSTANDING ORGANIZATION! In the past six months I have recevied housing assistance, transportation to medical and work related appointments, medication discounts, discounted meals, copay assistance, assistance filling out forms and, most importantly, I have received the precious gift of always having someone to lean on whenever life knocks me down. I am forever grateful for the teams of SAINTS that work everyday to make the world a more compassionate place. Again, THANK YOU ARCHWAYS!

I came here years ago from a court order and did not have such a good experience. First of all, the grass in their yard was never maintained and it was tall for months. Male clients from here were constantly grabbing my butt and harassing me here and the staff wouldn't do anything. I just should've called the cops for sexual harassment.Staff from here hospitalized me when I didn't even need to be there. This facility also placed me in the other 2 dangerous facilities I wrote reviews for which are called, "Order My Steps", and "3rd Step Recovery". They also sent me to another place within the neighborhood radius of Susan B. Anthony where the state mental hospital radius is located in Pembroke Pines near the apartments by the lake and the painting studio to an assisted living facility lifestyle place called, "Transitions", ..which was one of the most morbid experiences of my life. Archways charges clients skyrocketing rent leaving clients with only $50 for themselves every month. And when I took my own check off of the payroll lady named Ms. Phillips desk at the Archways building, she actually chased me down the staircase to try to take it back from me. I was not stealing because it was MY check under my own name and I had every right to take what belongs to me, especially because I was being discharged from this place.Day group discussions were just so boring. Only beneficial of this place when I was here was I got free laundry access, 11 pm curfews, unlimited house phone access, I could have visitors, and sometimes I could get stuff from the kitchen to eat when I was hungry. They tried to accuse me of stealing a $100 Visa giftcard from the local main office. They used false slander against me, accusing me that I sneaked into an office and took the card having NO hard evidence that I did this, at all. Then Ms. Martinez, the Cuban-American case manager from here actually tried her best to threaten me with 5 years of FALSE imprisonment.Recently I think in 2016, a male client got a gunshot wound while he was waiting outside of the Archways Clubhouse before they opened, as someone early in the morning opened fire at him. The male client who was shot with the gun actually had to file a lawsuit against Archways with his family and attorney.Other than this, just beware. Place is not worth it because it's not in the greatest neighborhood either and cops used to actually stop and question me just for walking around in ..this neighborhood, while people passing by in cars actually believed that I was a prostitute just for walking to the bustop. Many of the staff quit their jobs here, and I always thought because something was just off here.
