America’s best Broward Blvd has amazing ppl working there. Samuel is my favorite, he’s always ready to assist and answer any question that’s asked. I wouldn’t change my optometrist and you that’s reading my review should go and try them out ( if you need glasses/contacts).
This is my second time coming here and I was pleasantly surprised. Sam, the associate at the front was short staffed but excelled in customer service, along with his colleague Jeveen. They were attentive, friendly and patient. Sam helped me pick out the proper glasses for my face, called me promptly to notify me of my glasses and contacts arrival.The ONLY reason why I can’t give this a 5 star was due to the optometrist not giving me trials contacts of my new prescription prior to purchasing them. Other than that the doctor was friendly, well knowledgeable.
From the moment I walked in the staff was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease. Lourdes helped me pick my frame and I must say she made my visit worth it. Kudos to the staff @ America's Best! Keep up the good work!
