I'm a property manager of a 168 unit community in Boca Del Mar. We had Am-Jet seal coat our parking lot, and they did a very nice job. Some rain interfered with our schedule and some areas needed touch ups, but they addressed that. They even had a sandblast company come in and clean up some tar that had splashed onto the sidewalk. All in all a positive experience. I can't speak to their asphalt services, as we only seal coated, but for that I would recommend them!
